When importing contributions from Vanco, Servant Keeper uses the "Process Date". This date is used, rather than the "Settlement Date" because contributions can sometimes take up to 10 days to settle within a bank account. Keep in mind, the Servant Keeper program is not designed to reconcile with your bank account. That being said, the Daily Processing Report can be used to help verify information between Servant Keeper and your Vanco account.

  1. Log in to your Vanco Payments site using the “MyVanco Login” (https://myvanco.vancopayments.com/).

  2. Click “Credit / Debit / eCheck (Electronic Funds Transfer)” at the top.

  3. Hover over “Reports” and click “Report Generator”.

  4. In the “Report Type” drop-down menu, choose “Daily Processing”.

  5. Enter the date range you’d like to use in the “Processing Date Range” section. You can view up to 1 year at a time.

  6. Next to "Use Settlement Date", choose "No".

  7. Choose the “Report Order” from the drop-down menu.

    • To sort by date, choose “Payment Method, Processing Date, Member Name”.

    • To sort by account, choose “Fund _ID, Payment Method, Processing Date, Member Name”.

    • There are other sort options you are welcome to use, if needed.

  8. Click [View] to see the report.
