When installing the Servant Keeper (SK) 8 Cloud program, there are 4 different install types. Please see each of the install types listed below with an explanation to help you decide which option you should choose.

Use this option if...
Installation Help
Choose this option if you are new to Servant Keeper or your data has been upgraded.
  • You're a new customer connecting to an empty Cloud database.
  • Someone from your organization has already upgraded your data to the SK8 Cloud.
  • You were previously using SK5 (or earlier) and had your data upgraded by the HelpDesk.

Choose this option if your data needs to be upgraded from a Servant Keeper 7 Local database to your Servant Keeper 8 Cloud database.
  • You were previously using SK7 with a Local database and your data has not yet been upgraded. (This is typically done by the first person to install SK8.)

Choose this option if you are moving from a Servant Keeper 7 Cloud database to a Servant Keeper 8 Cloud database.
  • You were previously using SK7 with a Cloud database and your database has been migrated by ServantPC staff. (If your SK7 Cloud database has not yet been migrated to the SK8 Cloud, please call us at 800-773-7570.)

Choose this option if your data needs to be upgraded from Servant Keeper 6 to your Servant Keeper 8 Cloud database.
  • You were previously using SK6 and your data has not yet been upgraded. (This is typically done by the first person to install SK8.)
