To use the Kiosk Self Check In, an authorized individual (usually a parent or guardian) would:

  1. Choose a check in option. Depending on the check in methods you've enabled in your Settings, you will see up to 3 different options:

    • "Tap here to Check in with Passcode"

    • "Tap here to Check in with card or keyfob"

    • "Tap here to Check in with Envelope #"

  2. Depending on the check in option selected, the next screen displayed will differ:

    Check in with Passcode:

Enter your Passcode and the first three letters of your last name, then choose [Continue Check In].
Check in with card or keyfob:

Scan your check in card or keyfob using the device's built-in camera. If a Bluetooth barcode scanner is connected, use it for scanning, instead.
    Check in with Envelope #:

Enter your Envelope number and the first three letters of your last name, then choose [Continue Check In].

  3. Choose an individual to check in by long- or double-tapping their name. A green checkmark will appear next to the selected person's name. To the right, on the "Events" tab, select the event(s) this person is checking into.

  4. Choose the "Allergies" tab, if needed, to select the selected person's allergies.

  5. Choose the "Special Needs" tab, if needed, to indicate any special needs this person may have.

  6. Choose the "Drop Off Items" tab, if needed, to select any items the individual is bringing to the event.

  7. Choose the "Notes" tab, if needed, to enter an additional note regarding the person being checked in. This can be a one-time note or can be saved for the next check in session.

  8. Follow steps 6 - 10 (above) for any other people being checked in through this check in session. Typically, this would be other family members. When you're done with your selections, choose [Complete Check In].
